The act established RERA &#8211; Real Estate Regulatory Authority for different states across the country.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The\nMaharashtra Real Estate Regulatory Authority (MahaRERA) is the governing\nauthority for real estate in Maharashtra. The introduction of a regulatory\nauthority in the sector has streamlined procedures and revived buyers\u2019 interest\nin the market. On\nthe website, click on the tab that says \u201conline application\u201d. On clicking on\nthis option, a new tab will open.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 2.\nBelow the \u201clogin\u201d button, you will find a \u201cnew registration\u201d link. Click on it\nto proceed further. A <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 3. A\n\u201cCreate New Account\u201d dialogue box will appear. Select \u201cpromoter\u201d if you are a\npromoter. Likewise for agents and complainants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 4.\nEnter a username and password of your choice. Fill in all the information asked\nand click on \u201ccreate user\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 5. A\nverification link will be sent to the email address you provided in the above\nstep. Open the link in your inbox and confirm your email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 6.\nLogin to your account from the MahaRERA website using your username and\npassword. You will see your profile where you need to enter details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 7.\nComplete your promoter\u2019s profile with the following information. Skip to the\nnext step if you are an agent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information type &#8211; \u2018Individual\u2019\nor &#8216;Other than individual&#8217;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience details of the last\nfive years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project details &#8211; ongoing\/new<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Building details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Common areas and facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Project cost<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload documents required for\nthe project.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add Project Professional Details\nsuch as data about the agent, contractor, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Litigations related to the\nproject<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Activity details of the building<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 8. If\nyou are an agent, you will need to fill the following information:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Information type &#8211; &#8216;Individual&#8217;\nor &#8216;Other than individual&#8217;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience details of the\nprojects in the last five years.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Add branch office details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Litigations related to the\nproject<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Registration Details if the\nagent has registration in more than one state.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upload documents about yourself\nas asked<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Step 9.
