Samsung is trying it’s best to\noutperform its rivals in the Indian smartphone market with the launch of\nmultiple phones in the last few months. The company has now turned the heat up\nwith the launch of their newest member to join the very popular Galaxy A series.\nReports claim that the upcoming phone – Galaxy A70S, could become the world’s\nfirst phone to feature a 64-megapixel primary camera sensor. Design<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samsung Galaxy A70S will carry\nthe legacy of A-series forward. Despite the large display, Galaxy A70S has a sleek\ndesign and is light in weight. The report adds that Galaxy A70S will have a\nnear edge-to-edge display with a U-shaped notch on top and a slight chin at the\nbottom. The phone will be launched in three colour options – black, white, and lavender.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Galaxy A70S offers a Full HD+\nAMOLED screen that looks fabulous. The phone flaunts a big display of\n6.70-inch. The display is vibrant and offers sharp colours and an enhanced\nviewing experience. The fingerprint scanner is well embedded in the screen. The\nphone also offers features like auto-brightness, dark-mode, and eye-protection to\nadjust screen colour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Software and Performance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Galaxy A70S runs on Android Pie based\non Samsung\u2019s new One UI version 1.1. The new user interface features one-handed\nmode, multi-window support, fingerprint scanner gestures, smart alert, palm swipe,\netc. to capture images and videos. A70S is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon\n675 processor. The octa-core processor is coupled with variants of 4 GB and 6 GB\nRAM and 64 GB and 128 GB internal storage. The memory can be further expanded\nup to 512 GB by adding a microSD card. The phone can handle heavy video-editing\napps and games without any snag.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Battery and Connectivity<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Galaxy A70S is armed with long\nbattery life, even with extensive use thanks to the 5000mAh battery. The\nsmartphone supports dual SIM functionality and both the SIM cards offer support\nfor 4G VoLTE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camera<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Samsung Galaxy A70S has the\nworld\u2019s first 64 MP primary sensor, which is also the phone\u2019s biggest USP. The phone\nsports a triple-lens camera setup at the back. Apart from the 64 MP primary\nsensor, the smartphone sports an 8 MP secondary ultra-wide sensor and a 5 MP\ndepth sensor accompanied with LED flash. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new 64 MP ISOCELL GW1 sensor\nwill be the industry\u2019s highest resolution lens ever. It is powered by Tetracell\ntechnology which delivers 16 MP images by merging four pixels into one. It also\ncomes with options like live focus, bokeh effect, HDR, pro mode, panorama, slow\nmotion, AR emojis, and a few more. Moreover, Galaxy A70S sports a 32 MP front\ncamera for self-portraits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
