Although there is no standard defined for EV charging at home, car safety guidelines recommend installing the Residual Current Circuit Breaker and using an IEC 60309 industrial connector to ensure <strong>EV<\/strong> safety while charging.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tips to maximise electrical vehicle safety<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here\u2019s how you can ensure the overall safety and long life of your electric vehicle-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>1. Don\u2019t keep the vehicle battery completely full or empty<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Whenever possible, try to maintain the vehicle battery\u2019s charging status between 20% to 80%.
