There\nhas been a lot of buzz about Nokia 7.2, another premium smartphone priced at\nthe mid-range level. The date has finally been confirmed by HMD and Nokia 7.2\nis all set to be launched on August 8. Reportedly, the phone has been dubbed as\n‘Starlord’, inspired by the marvel superhero featured in Guardians of the Galaxy.\nThis is because of the four circular dots enclosed in a circle, at the backside\nof the phone, that symbolize the icon of the comic book hero. Pretty\ninteresting right? Let’s take a look at the rest of the features and\nspecifications of the upcoming smartphone. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Display <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nNokia 7.2 smartphone has a comfortably wide 6.18-inch IPS LCD display and a\nscreen resolution of 1,080 x 2,340 pixels with a pixel density of 417 PPI. It\nhas an aspect ratio of 19:9\/18.7:9 enveloped by a bezel-less screen with a\nU-shaped waterdrop notch that offers an intensely immersive display. Its strong\ngraphics provide an excellent view for gaming and streaming videos. Overall,\nthe device has a flawless glass finish. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Camera <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\nNokia 7.2 has a triple back camera having three lenses of 48MP, 5MP and 2MP\neach and a 16MP front camera with an LED flash. The image resolution has not\nbeen revealed yet, but we can assume that with such power-packed sensors, the\ncamera will be a boon for photography enthusiasts. There are several additional\nfeatures to enhance the quality of pictures as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nokia\n7.2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 MSM8956 chipset. It runs on an\nocta-core processor which comprises two quad-cores with a speed of 2.2GHz and\n1.84GHz. The phone works on an operating system of Android 9 Pie and comes in\ntwo variants – 4GB RAM + 64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage, which is\nfurther expandable up to 400 GB with a micro SD card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Connectivity <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The\ndevice has a 4G VoLTE network for break-free talk time and a range of\nconnectivity options like Wi-Fi 802.11, b\/g\/n, Mobile Hotspot, Bluetooth, and\nGPS with A-GPS. It has a USB Type-C port for fast charging and has dual sim\nslots. It is also packed with sensors like the Ambient light sensor, Proximity\nsensor, Hall sensor, Accelerometer, E-compass, Gyroscope, and the basic\nFingerprint Sensor. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Battery and Price<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nokia 7.2 runs on an integrated Li-ion battery which has a capacity of 3,500mAh. It also has a 3.5 mm headphone jack and microphone speakers with Nokia OZO Audio smart amp. It is expected to be sold at an estimate price of Rs. 21, 990 and will be available in Black and gold colours. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
