It’s important to note that both chargers require a 15 Amp socket with proper earthing for functionality. Additionally, the F77 supports charging through the expanding public charging infrastructure, thanks to its IEC 62196-6 connector designed for fast charging.
When it comes to the battery warranty, it varies for each variant of the Ultraviolette F77. The Standard variant offers a three-year/30,000km warranty (UV Care) for the battery pack. In contrast, the Recon and Limited variants come with a more extended warranty – five years/50,000km (UV Care+) and eight years/one lakh km (UV Care Max) respectively.
Interestingly, buyers of the base trim have the option to upgrade to UV Care+, and Recon customers can choose the UV Care Max, albeit at an additional cost. However, it’s worth noting that the vehicle warranty remains consistent at three years/30,000km across all trims.
