After a stellar show at Berlin in 2019, this year’s edition of Acer’s Next@Acer even had to be mellowed down into a live online stream only, due to the worldwide lockdown. At the event which concluded only a few days ago, Acer unveiled the Swift 5 as well as the Concept D. These will all be available in China, Europe, and North America from June itself. When they reach India, prices will, of course, vary.

Acer Concept D3 Ezel

The Concept D3 Ezel is a convertible notebook for creators, which doesn’t just look futuristic but also provides state-of-the-art features for designers. It is a convertible notebook which looks like a creative toolbox with its all-metal make chassis. It can be used in 6 different ways

The processor here is Intel’s 10th Generation Core i5 or i7. This is supported by Nvidia’s GeForce GTX 1650Ti graphics, and a 1TB SSD for storage. There is also an alternate model with an Nvidia Quadro T1000 graphics unit. The RAM is also 16GB.

Acer Concept D3

The Acer Swift 5 has a 14 inch IPS full HD display which comes with multi-finger gestures and carries 300 nits of brightness. Its thickness is 14.95mm and it weighs less than one kilogram.

You also have the option Nvidia’s GeForce MX 350 for the graphics unit. The RAM is a 16GB LPDDRAX type, plus there is an SSD of 1TB. Not just this, there are three different cooling options too.

This stellar combination is fuelled by a 56Wh battery which can last for an entire day with a single charge. It can deliver upto 4 hours of usage time in only 30 minutes of charging.
