South Korean giant, LG recently announced the latest additions to its K series, the K50S, and K40S, just ahead of the IFA Berlin next month. The company has been on a roll lately, with a new phone being launched every other day. The new additions in the K series deliver everything that a premium phone can offer, barring the premium price tag. Both new phones are updated versions of their predecessor- K30. LG K40S comes with a dual-camera setup which packs a 13-megapixel primary sensor with a PDAF lens and a 5-megapixel secondary sensor with a super wide-angle lens. For selfies, K40S comes with a 13-megapixel snapper. It supports HDR, portrait, and autofocus and lets you capture delightful selfies even in low-light.

K40S is powered by 2 GHz Octa-core MediaTek MT6762 Helio P22 processor and works great for everyday tasks. A 3 GB RAM makes multitasking and gaming fun and easy. The phone also offers 32GB of internal storage that can be expanded up to 200 GB via a microSD card. The device runs on Android 9 pie for its operating system.

Price and Release Date

LG K40S will go on sale in India on 31 October 2019, and the base model will be launched at Rs. 13,990.
