Not so long ago, Sony launched its flagship smartphone, Xperia XZ3.  And the company is all set to release another next-generation phone from the XZ series, Xperia XZ4. This premium phone is loaded with excellent features and will surely give you value for money. Read on to know more.

Sleek Design

Xperia X74 is a sleek phone. The built is excellent and is durable. The textured finish body of the phone makes it one of the nicest looking devices of 2019. Sony has decided to do away with the popular notched display which houses the selfie camera. This allows XZ4 to offer an increased display size to you. Talking about protection, XZ4 will be water-resistant like its predecessor, XZ3.

Mesmerizing Colors

The new Xperia XZ4 will be shipped in a couple of colours including purple, black, silver, and blue.

Aspect Ratio

Sony Xperia XZ4 features a 6.5-inch AMOLED display with a high screen resolution of 1440 X 3360 pixels. Xperia XZ4 is one of the few devices to feature a 21:9 aspect ratio. This ratio is perfect for viewing cinematic content, and it offers a more immersive visual experience. The screen comes with a plethora of customization options like HDR, standard mode and super-vivid mode.  

Triple-camera Module

Sony will feature a triple camera set up for the first time in its XZ line-up. For photography, XZ4 uses a 52-megapixel main lens designed to take stunning pictures in low-light conditions. Next is a 16-megapixel telephoto lens with optical zoom. Finally, we have a 0.3-megapixel TOF sensor that helps to determine depth information. This sensor can be used for 3D photography and in particular, for portrait mode. Although there’s no word on what the front-facing camera will look like, we can expect at least a 13-megapixel lens as seen in Xperia Z3.

Super-fast Performance

Under the hood, Sony Xperia is equipped with a Snapdragon 855 chipset aided by Adreno 640 GPU. The new processor improves performance by 45 percent over Snapdragon 845, while the GPU delivers graphics up to 20 percent faster. Moreover, the 6 GB RAM ensures that everyday usage like gaming, calling, texting, and multitasking are performed smoothly. As for the operating system, Xperia XZ4 will run on Android 9 Pie.

Ample Storage and Long-lasting Battery

Sony Xperia XZ4 comes with 128 GB of internal storage which allows you to preserve pictures, videos and important documents without worrying about running out of space. You can add extra storage space up to 512 GB via a microSD card. Xperia XZ4 is speculated to pack a 3,900mAh battery with the quick charging support. The phone will also support a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Price and Launch Date
