As Ola launches its much anticipated first-ever electric scooter in India, there has been a tremendous demand for the purchase. Potential buyers have already started scouting for the best two-wheeler interest ratesavailable in the market.

The company came with its Ola S1 and Ola S1 Pro models on India’s 75th Independence Day as a part of their Mission Electric in India, intending to reduce dependence on petrol vehicles by 2025. And as expected, the company received over 1 lakh pre-bookings within 24-hours of opening the bookings to the public. The company has already started its first phase of Ola electric scooter booking,while the delivery will begin in October across 1,000+ cities and towns in the country.

How to Book Ola Electric Scooter Online?

Here are the steps on how to book Ola electric scooter online:

Step 1: Visit Ola electric scooter’s official website here: https://olaelectric.com/.

Step 2: Click on the ‘Reserve for 499’ option.

Step 3: Enter your pin code, select your chosen model and the colour variant, and click on the ‘Reserve for 499’ option again.

Step 4: Enter your phone number, complete the captcha verification process, and click ‘next’.

Step 5: Enter the 4-digit OTP sent to your registered mobile number and click on the ‘next’ option.

Step 6: Fill in the details, including your name and email address, to proceed.

Step 7: Pay the booking fee of Rs.499 via Debit/Credit card, UPI, or Net Banking.

Step 8: Choose your preferred method and complete the payment.

Once your payment goes through successfully, you will receive the confirmation receipt and the order ID on your registered mobile number and email address.

Currently, Ola offers bookings for its S1 and S1 Pro models only through their website. To make it even more convenient for the buyers, the company has set a nominal price of Rs. 499 to pre-book the scooter.

Refund and cancellation of the order

For the convenience and interest of its customers, Ola electric also provides customers with the option to cancel their bookings if they wish to. In case you no longer wish to make the purchase, you can either cancel your booking or transfer it to someone else. You can get the full refund via your original mode of payment within seven to ten working days.
