This scholarship is for students seeking a master’s degree in the USA. 50% of the grant will work as a scholarship, while the other half will work as a personal loan. You must pay the loan part back at a 5% service fee and within five years (after the sample period).

With this scholarship, you get worth $25,000, with which you can cover your living and tuition expenses.

Here are the eligibility criteria:

  • You must be a citizen of a qualifying nation. India is one of them.
  • You must have an excellent academic record
  • If you are under the age of 30, you’ll be granted greater priority

Global Study Awards

Launched by the British Council in 2015, this award is meant for students that have performed exceptionally well both academically and in the IELTS exam. Students from all nations looking to pursue bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in the USA can apply for this grant.

Under this scholarship, you’ll receive financial aid of 10,000 GBP towards your tuition fees. However, if your fee is less than the grant amount, you can use the difference for your living expenses for up to one year.

  • You must be above 18 years
  • You must show the acceptance letter issued by the relevant institution
  • You must be planning to enrol in an undergraduate or postgraduate programme in the USA
