Xperia XA2 Plus recently surfaced on Sony’s official website, with stunning revelations on the soon to be launched device. XA2 Plus is an upgraded variant of Xperia XA2. The two phones share many similar features but XA2 Plus is undoubtedly a leap ahead of its predecessor. Here’s everything you need to know about Sony Xperia XA2 Plus’s specifications.

Design

Xperia XA2 Plus sports a modern and sleek design made from diamond-cut anodized aluminium. The front panel has slim bezels with a small chin at both, the top and the bottom. The screen is protected with Gorilla Glass version 5.0. There is also a fingerprint scanner on the back of the phone.

Display

Sony Xperia has made significant changes in its display over its predecessor XA2. XA2 Plus features a 6-inch full HD+ display and a taller screen to body ratio of 16:9, which is ideal for gaming and watching videos. Moreover, the IPS screen offers sufficient brightness and stable viewing angles, allowing you to use your phone from any direction without any problems. The display also adjusts well to light.

Camera

Sony has held a pioneering record in developing ground-breaking camera innovations. Keeping up with its traditions, Xperia XA2 Plus features a 23-megapixel Exmor RS sensor with an f/2.0 aperture. The rear sensor is aided with an LED flash to shoot low light images and videos. The phone is also loaded with image enhancing software like the famous Bokeh mode for professional-looking DSLR-like images. Xperia XA2 Plus is equipped with a 3580 mAh battery capacity with a smart-stamina mode. When it senses your phone is running out of power, it will prompt you to activate the stamina mode and cut the extra consumption. There is also a fast charging support of 3.0.

Sony Xperia XA2 Plus will cost Rs. 24,990 in India. The speculated launch date is Oct 24, 2019.
