We can’t keep calm! Xiaomi will soon launch a phone with the largest display size and a mind-blowing ultra-high-capacity battery. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is bigger than Samsung Galaxy Note 9 and falls a little short of qualifying for a tablet. This giant phone claims to make you forget every other tiny-looking phone. The phone and its unmatched features have already intrigued many people. Read on to find out why.

Design and Display

The metal unibody and glass in the front firmly hold all the components of the phone making the device look modern and premium. The built is excellent, thanks to the matt finishing and the round edges of the phone. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 comes with a massive display size of 6.9-inches with full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2160 pixels. It is sharp and bright enough for daily outdoor use. The phone is protected with both face-unlock feature and a fingerprint sensor. However, the fingerprint sensor is super responsive and works better than the face-unlock feature.

Processor and storage

The processor is the brain of a smartphone because of the role it plays in the overall functioning of the device. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 is powered with 1.8GHz octa-core Snapdragon 636 processor. MIUI is known for its high performance and power-efficiency in Xiaomi phones and Mi Max 3 is no exception. The phone will come in three variants-3GB RAM+32GB storage, 4GB RAM+64GB storage and 6GB RAM + 128GB storage. Furthermore, all three variants will have a micro SD card slot for storage expansion.

Moving on to the camera, Mi Max 3 will feature a dual rear camera set up consisting of 12MP resolution with f/1.9 aperture and 1.4µm supported with another 5MP sensor for depth sensing. The AI scene detection feature can detect 25 distinct scenes to give you dynamic and sharp images. Xiaomi Mi Max 3 can capture photos and videos with stunning clarity and detail even in low light situations, thanks to the dual pixel autofocus feature. Additionally, the 8-megapixels front shooter with AI beauty mode allows users to make their faces look slimmer and eyes look bigger.

Battery

Mi Max 3 is powered with a massive 5,500 mAh battery which can give you 474 hours of standby or 10 hours of gaming. The 4G enabled device will come with an 18W quick charging and a 3.5mm audio jack compatible with all the latest devices.

Price and Release Date

Xiaomi is known for providing high-end phones at unbelievable prices. Considering this, Mi Max 3 is expected to be available at Rs 17,390. And, the phone is getting launched in India sooner than you think – 30, August 2019.
