Global smartphone seller, Xiaomi has recently launched a series of phones in China – Mi CC9, Mi CC9e, and Mi CC9 Meitu. It is also rumoured that Mi A3 will be rebranded and sold as Xiaomi Mi CC9 in India. The said phone is packed with innovations and is an impressive combination of RAM, Storage, and Processor. So, let’s see what makes this phone a great buy!

Design and Display

The phone’s rear panel is made of glass and has a glossy gradient finishing. The ultra-thin body and 3D design at the rear are pleasing to the eyes and make the phone easy to handle. The vertical triple rear camera is placed at the top left of the corner with an LED flash just beneath it.

On the front, Xiaomi Mi CC9 will come with a 6.39-inches super vibrant display that will have an HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The wide AMOLED display makes the gaming experience joyful. Moreover, Xiaomi Mi CC9 has a captivating multitouch screen, well protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 5. An interesting feature of the phone is its super responsive in-screen fingerprint unlock system.

Rear Camera

Xiaomi Mi CC9 will have a 48-megapixel primary camera, an 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle sensor, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The primary rear camera and ultra-wide sensor are supported with outstanding features like blur control and portrait mode. With such features, it becomes difficult to spot the difference between the actual scene and the picture.

Front camera

The phone will sport a 32-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture. It captures top quality images and lets users have a fulfilling shooting and capturing experience.

Performance

Xiaomi Mi CC9 is armed with Snapdragon 710 soc and octa-core (2.2GHz dual-core Kryo 360, 1.7GHz Hexa-core, Kryo 360) processor. The 710 chip delivers high and consistent performance and consumes less power. It is also known that the phone will run on MIUI 10 supported with the latest android pie.

Storage and RAM

The basic version of Xiaomi Mi CC9 will come with a 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage. This promises to make multitasking, gaming and browsing uber-fast.

Battery

Xiaomi Mi CC9 is packed with powerful 4030mAh battery and is supported with an 18W fast charging. With one full charge, you can listen up to a hundred hours of music or talk for about 31 hours. The phone also comes with a type-C charger to facilitate easy charging.

Connectivity

Talking about connectivity options, Xiaomi Mi CC9 will have the latest Bluetooth version 5.0, 3.5mm audio jack, GPS, etc. Two sim slots, supporting 4G VoLTE, are specially designed for Indian customers.

Price and release date

The price of the Xiaomi Mi CC9 smartphone is expected to start from Rs 18,000 for the basic model and may go up to Rs 22,000 for a higher model. The phone is slotted to launch in India on 28 August 2019.
