Huawei has recently unveiled the new Nova 7 series of smartphones. It includes Nova 7 Pro, offering high-end specifications, and Nova 7 that packs several outstanding features as well. Both the models are future-ready with 5G connectivity and provide a fluid user experience. Display

Nova 7 Pro features a 6.57-inch FHD+ OLED screen that wraps around the edges. A screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels offers crisp and clear visuals. The 19.5:9 aspect ratio provides a large screen real estate at a width convenient for one-handed operations. A pill-shaped punch-hole cutout houses the dual front cameras.

Nova 7 has a slightly smaller 6.53-inch FHD+ OLED screen featuring a single hole-punch cutout for the selfie snapper. In-display fingerprint sensors are present in both these Nova 7 phones.

Processor

Huawei’s Kirin 985 2.58GHz octa-core CPU drives both the phones. ARM Mali-G77 GPU integrated into the chipset provides unmatched graphics without draining the battery and facilitates sophisticated gaming action. Memory and battery

Camera

Nova 7 Pro features a 64MP primary sensor having a large F1.8 aperture for excellent low-light photography. The quad-camera setup also bears an 8MP periscope lens with optical image stabilization, 5x optical, 10x hybrid, and 50x digital zoom for clicking long-distance subjects. An 8MP ultra-wide lens supports wide-angle landscape photography, and a 2MP macro sensor enables state-of-the-art close-up shots. A dual selfie-shooter combines a 32MP sensor with another 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens to deliver superior quality portrait and group selfies.

Nova 7 has a similar camera except the periscope lens. It is replaced by an 8MP telephoto sensor that offers 3x optical, 5x hybrid, and 20x digital zoom. A single 32MP sensor acts as the selfie camera in this model.

Huawei Matepad Camera

Price

The base variant of Nova 7 with 8GM RAM/128GB storage is priced at CNY 2,999, which is approximately INR 32,100, and the higher storage variant having 8GB RAM, 256GB memory costs CNY 3,399, which is about INR 36,400. Nova 7 Pro prices start at CNY 3,699, which is about INR 39,600 for the 8GB/ 128GB model, and the 8GB/256GB variant sports the highest price tag of CNY 4,099, which is roughly INR 43,900.
