Chinese telecommunications giant and the second-largest smartphone seller in the world, Huawei is all set to add more stars to its shining success, through the launch of a new camera phone called Huawei P30. Huawei’s P20 pro phone was said to have one of the best cameras in any smartphone; it even outperformed rivals like iPhone X. Keeping up to its name, Huawei P30 is packed with all the high-end features that one would expect in a phone. So, let’s take a closer look at the upcoming Huawei P30.

Modern Design

The artistic design and compact size of Huawei P30 make it comfortable to hold and easy to use with one hand. Moreover, P30 is guarded with dust, splash and water-resistant features. However, the phone comes with a certain capacity when it comes to being water-resistant.  It can protect against a few raindrops but not complete submergence in water.

Eye-catching colours

Huawei P30 will come in five colours inspired by light, space, and sky. These are Black, Pearl White, Aurora, Amber Sunrise and Breathing Crystal.

Talking about the display, Huawei P30 will come with a magnificent 6.1 inches OLED display and a screen resolution of 1080×2340. Moreover, the 422 PPI produces high-quality pictures and enables better viewing experience. The selfie camera is well positioned on the small notch at the top of the phone. The on-screen fingerprint sensor and face unlock features allow users to unlock the device instantly.

Super Camera phone

Huawei P30 is packed with a triple camera set up at the back, unlike the pro version. The stunning 40 megapixels rear camera with f/1.8 is supported with a 16 megapixels Ultra-Wide-Angle Lens having f/2.2 aperture and an 8 megapixels telephoto having f/2.4 aperture. On the front, the phone sports a 32 megapixels camera. This brilliant combination allows users to take breath-taking pictures and selfies. 

Unmatched Performance

Huawei P30 is powered with Kirin 980 and Dual NPU chipset which offers stronger performance and leads to less power consumption. Furthermore, the in-house built OS EMUI 9.1, based on Android 9 pie, enhances the phone’s performance. Huawei P30 will offer its users a massive storage capacity of 128 GB coupled with 6 GB or 8 GB of RAM – It will also have a secondary memory slot that is expandable up to 256 GB.

Battery and connectivity

Huawei P30 is equipped with a decent battery of 3650 mAh having an overall endurance rating of 83 hours, which is quite impressive. Moreover, with 22.5W charging, you can refuel your device from zero to sixty-five per cent in less than 30 minutes. Huawei P30 will come with a 3.5mm ear jack, type-c charger, loudspeaker, Bluetooth, WI-FI and dual sim supporting 4G VOLTE.

Price and release date

Huawei P30 is likely to be launched on 21 August 2019 and is expected to cost Rs 58,990 – which is reasonable considering the impressive features that it is packed with.
