This sure has been a great week for Apple fans! The company unveiled not one but three premium phones recently; iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, and iPhone 11 Pro Max. While the three phones share similar designs, they all pack different features, screen sizes, and, cameras. The iPhone 11 Pro, as the name suggests, offers pro features and is tailor-made for users who like to settle for nothing but the best. Here is a quick look at the iPhone 11 Pro specifications, price, and other key details.

Design, Display and Colour

iPhone 11 pro uses the same stainless steel and glass body as iPhone XS. According to Apple, this is the toughest glass ever seen on any iPhone. There is, however, a major update to the phone’s finishing. The iPhone 11 Pro has a new frosty matte finish that runs around the edges. The 11 Pro sports a 5.8-inch Super Retina XDR display with a 458-pixel density. The phone has a 2 million-to-one contrast ratio and a maximum brightness of 1,200 nits which makes it the brand’s finest and brightest display ever. Both the Pro and Pro Max are available in midnight green, space grey, silver, and gold.

Triple Rear Camera

Here’s what Apple has to say about the phone’s camera, “iPhone 11 Pro has the first triple-camera system in iPhone and is far and away the best camera we’ve ever made.”

Undoubtedly, the most striking feature of the iPhone 11 Pro is the new rear-facing triple camera setup. The camera includes an ultra-wide lens, a wide lens, and a telephoto lens. Located in a square on the back of the phone, the phone sports three cameras:

  1. Primary Camera – 12 MP with f/1.8 aperture
  2. Ultrawide Camera – 12 MP with f/2.4 aperture
  3. Third Camera – 12 MP with f/2.0 aperture

iPhone 11 Pro also has a night mode, 4K video recording, and a bunch of other modes to shoot sharper, clearer, and professional studio-like photos.

Processor and Battery

The iPhone 11 Pro is powered by A13 Bionic, a new Apple-designed processor. It uses 7nm technology and has over 8.5 billion transistors that feed its 4 power-efficient cores, making it the most powerful processor from the company ever. The iOS 13 helps you protect your privacy and delivers super fast performance. The phone has a 6 GB RAM with storage variants of 64 GB, 256 GB, and 512 GB. Though, there is no scope of expansion via memory card. The 11 Pro runs on a 3190 mAh battery which can last for four hours longer than iPhone XS. In addition to the powerful battery, you also get an 18W fast wired charger and a wireless charger.

Price and Release date

The iPhone 11 pro costs Rs 99,000 for the 64 GB variant and goes up to Rs 1,31,900 for other variants. The phone will hit the online and offline markets in India from September 27, 2019, onwards.
