Established in 2003, Meizu may not yet be a big name in the international smartphone market, but it has undoubtedly got some fantastic devices with unique features that stand out from the crowd. Meizu Note X is the latest addition to the brand’s successful Note range. Note X is a flagship phone that packs high-end configurations at a relatively affordable price. Display and Design 

The biggest upgrade in the new Note X is the introduction of a full-screen display with a small notch which houses the front-facing camera. The glass and metal blend make the phone light and easy to carry. The curved edges with thin bezels give it a modern look. The screen is covered in Corning Gorilla Glass for protection from scratches, water, and dust. Meizu Note X has a large 6.3-inch IPS LCD, with a high resolution of 1,080 x 2,280 a pixel density of 400 ppi. The screen looks vibrant and offers excellent colour accuracy.

Performance

Meizu Note X will be the first phone from the company to pack a Snapdragon 845 chipset.  The phone is also equipped with Adreno 640 GPU that delivers superb performance and efficient power consumption control for a good gaming experience. The performance is aided by an 8 GB RAM. You can expect unbelievable speed while multitasking, gaming, and downloading! Meizu Note X runs on Android 8.1 Oreo and comes with an in-built storage of 128 GB. However, there is no microSD expansion slot.

Camera 

Meizu Note X’s multi-camera system takes photography to a whole new level. The phone sports a dual-camera set up on the back – a 16-megapixel primary sensor and a 13-megapixel secondary camera. The camera delivers amazing shots and adjusts well to light. Note X also offers features like digital zoom, face detection, touch to focus, night mode, and more. The smartphone packs another 20-megapixel selfie camera that delivers well on quality.

Battery and Connectivity 

Meizu Note X has a decent battery capacity of 4,100 mAh. The phone also supports quick charging and can rapidly fuel the battery in no time. Note X offers many connectivity features too, like, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and GPS. The phone offers a hybrid SIM card slot for dual SIM support.

Price and Release Date

Meizu Note X is expected to be priced at Rs. 40,990 for the base variant, in India. The phone is slated to be launched on Nov 20, 2019.
