Realme XT with 64 MP Sensor launching in September

August is turning out to be an exciting month for Realme fans. Realme recently launched two smartphones in India- the Realme 5 and the Realme 5 Pro – that were able to create an instant fan base in the country. What’s next? The release of their new smartphone, Realme XT, in September. The phone is part of the Realme X series and is expected to carry a 64-megapixels primary camera, a first of its kind, in the world. Camera

 The highlight of the phone is its camera, of course! Realme XT has a full function, quad-camera setup on the back. The phone uses the latest Samsung ISOCELL Bright GW1 for its primary 64-megapixel sensor. The sensor is well designed to produce high-quality images even in low light. The camera uses Tetracell technology. The exact details of the remaining censors are unknown, but the phone is expected to sport an 8 megapixels ultrawide sensor, 2 megapixels macro camera, and a 2 megapixels depth sensor. It offers features like expert mode, nightscape, chrome boost, and portrait mode for a vivid, colourful and, rich photo experience. It also features a spectacular popup selfie camera of 16 megapixels.

Design and Display

Realme XT will have the same premium and modern design as its predecessor – Realme X. The back panel of the phone is made of polycarbonate with a glossy gradient finish. The phone flaunts a 6.5-inches full HD+ AMOLED display and a screen resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels for an authentic cinematic experience. Other features include, an in-display fingerprint sensor for a fast and secure unlocking experience. Furthermore, the corning gorilla glass 5 ensures drop protection.

Processor and Storage

More often than not, people buy a phone for its look and popular features like a camera. However, they fail to realise that checking the processor is equally important. The processor is the brain of your phone as it determines the overall efficiency of the device. The Realme XT smartphone is equipped with snapdragon 730 processor supported with Adreno 640 GPU. As far as storage is concerned, the phone has an 8 GB RAM with 258 GB of internal storage.

Battery and Connectivity

Realme XT is powered with a 4100 mAh battery which allows users to watch videos, play games, or respond to messages, calls, and mails without worrying about the battery percentage. Besides having 4G, it also has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and other standard configurations one can expect in a mid-range phone.  

Price

The Realme XT is expected to be launched at Rs 19,990 in India.
