Vivo Y97 delivers perfection in every aspect. Y97 runs on Funtouch OS, based on Android 8.1 Oreo. The phone is being launched in three exciting colours- Starry Night Black, Dream Powder, and Aurora Blue.

Vivo Y97 comes with a wide 6.30-inch touch- screen display and a screen resolution of 1,080 x 2,280 pixels and 400 PPI. The phone’s IPS LCD screen is one of Vivo’s best so far. On top of this, Y97 has an aspect ratio of 19:9 and a screen to body ratio of 84 %, ideal for playing games and watching videos.

As far as the phone’s cameras are concerned, Y97 comes with dual 16+2-megapixel rear shooters which are supported with AI-powered portrait and beauty modes. There is also an LED flash for capturing images and videos in low light. The camera offers many features for capturing stunning pictures and shooting high-resolution videos with an unmatched clarity.

Vivo Y97 features another 16 megapixels front-facing camera loaded with AI-powered portrait and beauty modes, autofocus, digital zoom, face detection, HDR, optical stabilization, panorama, scene mode, and more.

Battery and Connectivity

Vivo Y97 is equipped with a 3315 mAh battery which is powerful enough to last a full day. The phone also has a fingerprint sensor as the primary security feature, along with a host of connectivity options like 4G, GPS, Wi-Fi Bluetooth, and more.

Price

Vivo Y97’s base variant with 4GB RAM and 128 GB storage is expected to cost Rs 21,190. The phone will release on 10 December, 2019 in India.
