The launch of Loucha Pathap in Manipur has made accessing land and property-related information easier. It offers greater transparency and helps citizens save time and effort. It also prevents scams and property fraud.

Manipur Land Record Services on Loucha Pathap

Loucha Pathap offers the much-awaited convenience of managing land-related work through the services listed below.

● Document registration system

Users can complete the registration of immovable property. They can also update and maintain textual records, maps, and survey and settlement operations.

● Online mutation

A form on the website allows you to apply for online mutation. However, this is possible only after the property is registered, transferable, and its final publication is complete.

● Manipur Jamabandi/Patta/RoR

Another e-service of the Manipur land record website is viewing or downloading Jamabandi, Patta, or RoR. The RoR is the primary document that contains information about the land, its transactions, owners, cultivators, etc.

● Revised rate of land tax

How to Login into the Loucha Pathap Manipur Portal?

  1. Visit the Loucha Pathap portal.
  2. Click on ‘Login’ from the top navigation bar.
  3. Enter the registered username and password.
  4. Fill out the captcha correctly.
  5. Press ‘Login’. You will be redirected to a new page to start using the various digital land record services.

If you do not have an account, you must register through the National Generic Document Registration Systems (NGDRS). The steps to register are as follows:

  1. Go to Loucha Pathap’s website.
  2. Select ‘NGDRS’ from under ‘Important Links’ in the top navigation menu bar.
  3. On the new page that appears, click on ‘Register’ under the ‘Citizen’ category.
  4. You will see a Citizen Registration form.
  5. Enter the required details and press ‘Submit’.
  6. The username and password you fill out in this form will be your Loucha Pathap Manipur login details.
  7. Make sure you choose a ‘Hint Question’ and create an answer to recover your account in case you forget your password.

How to pay Land Tax in Manipur?

The Loucha Pathap portal allows citizens to pay land tax online. Here are the steps to make the online payment.

  1. Visit the Loucha Pathap website.
  2. You will see a form on the homepage itself.
  3. Enter the details for district, circle, village, new Patta number, and new dag number.
  4. Click ‘Proceed’.
  5. You can pay using the SBI e-payment gateway or scan the QR code with any UPI app.
