This free app is immensely famous for using cognitive behavioural therapy to diagnose and treat anxiety, depression, and stress. With step by step guidance, users can figure out the issues that plague their minds the most and then learn master skills to reduce stress. It is available for download on Google Play.

3. Moodpath
Moodpath is a potent app for people suffering from depression, trauma, PTSD, or anxiety disorders. The app screens your mental condition daily by asking you questions about your mood. It then assesses your symptoms and within two weeks, provides a detailed report of your mental state. You can then discuss this report with a psychologist or a counsellor. The app also has videos and psychological exercises to help you elevate your mood.
4. Calm
Another app aimed at facilitating meditation and introspection, Calm is an excellent companion for those suffering from mental ailments. Calm features voice notes, sounds, and music that has a calming effect on the mind. It also promotes breathing exercises and up to 25 minutes long guided meditation sessions.
5. Talkspace
Approaching a therapist in person can be difficult for some people. To counter this problem, Talkspace connects over 200 licensed therapists with mental health patients. Users can interact openly with the therapist through text and seek solutions to their problems without having to arrange a face-to-face meeting. Talkspace is also available on both Android and iOS platforms.
